If you ever visit Newcastle to spot supercars, then Jesmond has got to be on your itinerary.

Jesmond boasts an array of restaurants and wine bars, as well as designer shops.

Its most sought after address is Carlton Terrace – it will set you back a cool million for a terraced property. It’s the Alderley Edge of the North East.

Last week I headed to Jesmond to check out what might be on the roads. I was mightily impressed to spot Allan Saint-Maximin’s Bentley Flying Spur First Edition, and Callum Wilson’s Lamborghini Urus.

On Sunday afternoon, I saw what I thought was a Shelby Cobra 427. It looked so authentic, and it wasn’t until I did my research that I discovered it was a replica.

However, it was still a beauty.
